This Privacy Statement discloses how AryMask LLC (hereinafter referred to as “AryMask”, “we”, or “us”) collects, stores and handles the personal information or data (hereinafter referred to as “personal information”) of its customer.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and will use our best endeavors and take all reasonable measures to ensure that the information you provide for us while using this website will be remained confidential and protected from unauthorized access but AryMask does not warrant against all unauthorized accesses.
AryMask reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time if necessary, the updated version will be posted on our website and date stamped so that you can aware of when the Privacy Policy was last updated.

SECTION 1 – INFORMATION (WHAT DO WE DO WITH IT?)
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. However, we can not fully protect your information other than with standard SSL encryption. If hackers compromise our website, we may not be able to stop them from taking the information. That is why we clear cookies after certain times to ensure the safekeeping of all information.

SECTION 3 – SECURITY
We take extreme precautions with your personal information both on and offline. When you submit sensitive information to our website, your information is protected via a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Before entering any information please make sure that the page displays a closed lock icon and an ‘S’ after HTTP before you submit your information: E.G. AryMask httpS://www.arymask.com/. Your information will be transferred directly via encryption from your browser to our server. Beware that information can still be viewed by your local plugins and ad trackers.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 4 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 5 – HOST
Our store is hosted on Versio.nl’s secure AXC servers. They provide us with the online space, and SSL certificate, as well as email accounts. The WooCommerce platform allows us to sell our products and services to you with their online framework.
Your data is stored through AXC’s secure data storage, databases and servers. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
SECTION 6 – PAYMENT
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then third party services like WooCommerce, Stripe or PayPal store your credit card data and keep it hidden from us. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
